Order Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your order and provided that the product has not yet been dispatched, you must contact the customer service department on +30 210 9942845 or e-mail us at If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it using the same courier company, at no cost (free of charge).

Product Returns & Refunds

You may return the product received within 14 calendar days, justifying the reason for returning it. Products must be returned in their original state. You will not be charged for any return costs.

If the above conditions are not met, then the product will be returned at your own expense.

In case of returning an order from countries other than Greece, shipping costs need to be covered by the customer.

Returns on Christening items will not be accepted since they are manufactured and shipped upon request.

To return a product, please fill out and send the relevant form (return form) you received with the product.

Refunds are made in the same payment method as the original payment, within one week from the date of receipt of the product by us.

In case of cash on delivery, our company will deposit the money into an account indicated by you.

14 days replacement guarantee

As we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, if you find that you do not like something, it does not suit your needs or it is faulty or does not correspond to the product in your order, you have the right to request a replacement product in another size and/or color. For the replacement procedure, the maximum return time limit is up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

For replacements to be carried out, the following actions must be taken within 14 days:

1. Contact the customer service department on +30 2109942845 or e-mail us at, informing us of the reasons why you wish to proceed with the replacement.

2. Return the product, together with the completed return form containing all the necessary information for us to be able to accept the product return, and eventually to dispatch you another one of different color/size. If replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the product requested, we will contact you to offer alternative solutions.

3. Since the product in question does not correspond to your order, it should not be used and it should be in its original packaging.

The new product will be dispatched over a period of time equivalent to the one for the original product.

Should you wish to exchange the product received with another product, you will be refunded and you will need to place a new order through our e-shop.
